CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
When placing an online order with us you are automatically agreeing to pay when requested for your goods, whether online or on collection. Much of what we sell is weighed and so difficult to establish final costs when placing your order. We will do our best to achieve the weights you request but you agree sometimes this will be slightly higher or lower. All imagery is "stockbyte" and for illustrative purposes only. Images are of organic products but these vary wildly so you should accept that your products may look different.
We will be in touch with final cost and ask for payment on collection or in advance via phone/BACS if we are delivering. Any uncollected goods are still chargeable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel anything and we will do our utmost to remove it. If our order has already gone across to our supplier it may be too late.
Veg Delivery Options
Collection
Veg Orders will normally be ready for collection on Thursday morning from 9am.
Free Delivery
On orders over £20 and within 3 miles of the shop. Deliveries are usually from 4pm on Thursdays and you will be given an estimated time.
Paid Delivery
Available on request for orders over £20 and outside the 3m radius. Please get in touch.
Substitutions
We take every effort to ensure our produce is in the best condition it can be and that you are delighted with it. However, due to the nature of organic fruit & vegetables, sizes and appearances can vary wildly. As well as this, from time to time certain items will be out of stock. If we can we will contact you and offer alternatives. If you are unsatisfied with anything, please talk to us at your earliest convenience and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
