This place is wonderful. I visited this weekend on one of the hotter days we've experienced recently. Being vegan, it's extremely hard to find retailers in Suffolk who provide just some of the excellent options that are available online. I was excited to come across 'KindaCo' cheese which I've been wanting to try for ages, along with a Caesar dressing I love. Unfortunately the issue was the heat, I didn't think I'd be able to make it home without the cheese going bad. So the staff just gave me an ice pack to take with us. I so rarely see retailers treat customers so well, they treated me like I was a friend. I'm excited to be able to take back the icepack and be a little more prepared next time, to buy even more fantastic products from them. Additionally, they were kind enough to let my 3 year old wander the shop with a small trolley they had, when we told her to leave things on the shelf, the staff said 'dont worry about it, we can put it all back afterwards!' Thanks to the team working that day, you were a wonderful addition to a lovely weekend that I won't forget in a hurry, thank you.

Such a wonderful local business! They deliver to our home for free every week, and we love getting fresh, organic fruit and vegetables sourced from local suppliers. Oli and Tree always provide fantastic customer service. We couldn’t recommend them more—thank you!

What a great place! Saw them on Facebook so thought I’d give them a look. Was pleasantly surprised by amount of refillable stock they have. Lots of lovely treats too. Definitely worth a visit.
